Cape Cod Sailing

We're planning a vacation in late July to the Cape, staying in Wellfleet, and wondering about best places to put in to sail our 16' Sunbird. And recommendations for launches as well as waters hospitable to a small sail boat?

We moored in Wellfleet harbor (Bay side) on our way to P-town a couple years ago.... If i remember correctly there is a launch near the Harbormaster. I feel that entire area, (even out into Cape Cod Bay)would be virtual heaven for a small sailboat.
