Larson Boat Group (parent company to Carver Yachts) filed with the state of Wisconsin that if they don't have a "deal" by February 29th, they will be laying off 349 workers (entire workforce). I was told this by a broker I know, anyone else here of this?

The marquis website only shows one model left in their line, a 42 inboard diesel... their line of MY in the 60/70’ range wasn’t bad a few years ago but apparently wasn’t Good enough to impress buyer and compete...
