In case you hadn't noticed, a lot of media coverage has recently been given to the decaying Delta, including the Contra Costa Times with their several day series of the decline of the Delta, the SF Chronicle, and many other papers and media. Now the CC Times is requesting READERS to submit their idea on how to save the Delta, and provide quality water. They are asking for readers to submit, in 200 words or less, your ideas on "What should be done to improve the States water future and restore the delta?" Please take advantage of this and submit your ideas and input to:
