Certified THERMAL IMAGING Surveyor near Long Island

Gentlemen,

I am searching for an ACCREDITED THERMAL IMAGING Surveyor to do:

(1) Hull Survey, (2) Mechanical Survey and (3) Sea Trial

This is for a 44' cored hull/deck/transom vessel, so the thermal imaging by a CERTIFIED THERMOGRAPHER with the right equipment is very important to me.

CAT Mechanic from H.O. Penn will evaluate 3126 engines, perform blow by test take engine, gear and genny oil samples and sea trial.

Actually Al Prisco was my first choice, however he wants to do the entire service and I really do want a CAT guy for the blowby test, among other specializations.
