On our boat, we cannot, at most fuel pumps, use 'full flow' from the nozzle into the tanks - usually we can only put in about 50 75% of the flow or the gas backs up and shuts the nozzle off. Also, we need to start filling slowly, gradually increasing flow into the tank.
+ on the clean vents.
I had the same problem in my Regal 2465. As a matter of fact, it was a problem with the entire production run of that model boat.
If the setup is like mine, it may not be fixable. The Regal issue was this. My tank was under the rear berth. The tank fill hose ran down the inside of the ER then parallel to the water line. With the engine and gear it was actually a slight uphill run. I did not keep the boat long enough to really dive into the fix.
A lot of "ifs" but the best I can come up with on short notice.
If you trailer, try putting the tongue on the ground next time you fill. If you slip, try a lot of weight in the bow. If you can fill at full bore, then the fix is to reroute the hose so it is a full down hill run. Not an easy task.

Call your dealer, the Vortex just came out use your warranty while you have it.
