Not much longer now, usually start with a shakedown cruise in mid-April.
Last 5+ years I've spent mostly on the Sassafras, Fairlee Creek, Worton, Elk River section of the bay - with some trips over to the Western Shore. But with the sale of our big boat, now with the freedom of trailer boating I'd like to get to some new-to-me water. Most obvious is the Chester River; about I'll I've seen to date is the view from the deck at the Red Eye.
Looking for good spots to take kids water skiing/tubing without annoying anchored boats & homeowners, spots to beach, decent ramps with parking, etc. - the farther north the better I suppose. I have the Ches Bay cruising guide, but looking for more first hand stories. thanks.
