Anyone know where I can find thermostat housing info for a 1975 318 225hp. I got this motor without any thermostat and can't figure out what type this takes. There's no retainer in the housing to hold the chevy type and I'm not sure if they use a spacer to hold the thermo in the housing or if it is suppose to actually be retained in the intake manifold somehow. Any clue would be great! I have no idea how this is suppose to be. I know it's suppose to be a 140 degree thermo, but what kind? HELP!
