Can someone explain to me how to set up for "clothesline" anchoring? I think that's the term - when you have an anchor in deeper water and one closer to shore, and you have some kind of pulley system to move the boat into deeper water after disboarding in shallower water. I just got a very heavy RIB and live in an area with a lot of tidal range. I can see myself leaving it too close to a beach and leaving it high and dry when the tide goes out. I've seen setups like this for a permanent mooring, not sure if anyone does it for anchoring on a beach, but it seems like a good idea. Not sure specifically how I could set this up though...
