Coast Guard Hunts Prankster....

The CG needs more money for this sort of stuff. They are way behind schedule on the DSC implementation program and they should have an automated system that immediately positions manual mayday calls. We have a few billion for foreign aid for columbia but not 10 or 20 million to be able to beef up the VHF security system.
