My friend has a 1988 Carver 32 Aft Cabin. When he opens his hot water taps (with his water heater on...) he gets cold water coming out. Other than having a totally shot water heater (he doesn't think that's the case....) any ideas as to what it could be. Does anyone have a similar problem and solution?
