Columbus Day Regatta?

Pascal, Maybe I was listening to some one else music ..
Who had that music going full blast and rafted up those boats so nicely
I was behind your boat 75 yds aft. Did you not hear that music or was I
hitting the sauce to hard...Please advise!

well as i said, we arrived at around 9pm on friday so if you think you were behind us friday before night fall, i think you hit the sauce to hard indeed :)

and we never raft up anyway...
 
Must have been Mario's Hatteras as he was rafted up and had quite the party on Sunday.

We all had a great time at the CDR. Met up with Pascal and Glen.
If Pascal ran a Generator, It couldn't be heard.
We were Tied up to his boat and never heard any Genny running.
BTW,Saturday morning,We ran a Honda2000 for 10 min. to brew a pot of coffee. Don't think it could be heard at any distance with the all the music going.
The exceptionally loud music was from a Cruiser that had a giant set of Speakers on his Bridge.
They were about 75 yds astern of us. Yes, it was long and loud, but glad the Youngins had a good time.Plenty of Dancing, was so hot that some young ladies couldn't keep all their cloths on, much to the delight of Nino, my Italian crew member and chief cook.(got plenty of Pix)
My crew is already talking about going next year.

Thanks for the charts and getting us going in the right direction home. Man,I admit I am lost when it comes to the miami area, but I have learned alot this weekend.
 
Joe, it was great seeing you again. Your crew was very nice... always nice to have italians around they know to bring the good stuff... been years since i've had sambuca! dont even know how to spell it!
glad you had a good run home, how did the boat run?

glenn, next year you should stay overnight, as previously offered we can throw you an extension cord for fans and you're welcome to use our heads/showers.

let's try to make it a real boaterEd get together next year!

Admiral Janet, our friend Nancy, and I had a great time. Pascal...geat to see you again. Great to meet Naomi and JoeM and crew. All great folks. Pascal - Glad that my "beads whistle" came in handy! ;)

yeah, it probably was me. my onboard gennerator through a rod thursday night there, I needed power badly and a friend brought his monster genny to me. It got me through the weekend. not perfect, not safe, but it worked...
