Is it possible to convert a 32 volt unit, for use on a boat with a 12 volt DC system? I might be able to get my hands on a never used 32 volt, for a very good price.
Also, can anyone tell me the regulations regarding use of these units, on inshore waterways such as the Ches Bay, DE Bay, and DE river?
