Countdown...

After today, there is nothing to look forward to other than uncovering the boat and getting it back into the water.

(except, of course my trip to St. John on Friday)
 
Didn't you just get home from Aruba? Do you ever have to work? Life is good!

I went up to the boat yesterday the snow and ice is so high I felt like I was climbing the Swiss Alps just to get near the boat but when I everything looked fine.

I keep checking your clock but it seems like time is standing still.

Yes, Dave, got back from Aruba on the 25th, heading to St. John on Feb 11... I can't take the cold anymore!
 
Funny how the snow is twice as high about a hundred yards north of you.

Enjoy St. John while we're all here freezing.
 
I was able to step onto my swim platform from the snow, so it's about 4'+ deep there...
 
Is that wood or cinder blocks under the boat?
Cinder blocks can crumble!

sorry to read about all that cold and snow. it's sunny and warm down here in Fort Myers. just got back from the pool 78 degrees.
 
I should have stayed in Ft. Myers (where I bought my boat) and lived on it there...
 
And then you could take it to the Bahamas for a weekend.
 
Ft, Myers is on the west coast, too far for a weekend trip to the Bahamas.

But not too far to Key West...
 
I'm sick of winter it's time for spring I don't want to wait any longer!!!!
 
Ok, but you could bring it over, fly back, and then spend a weekend, and fly back, and then take it back? Time goes fast that way.
 
Now thats not even nice Don, Next thing I know little brother will be calling asking about the snow and ice!!!!

To enjoy Key West you should be an alcoholic. It's nuts down there but it doesn't snow very often.
 
Stopped by the boat today, looks like I had a visitor with very small feet. I had to look twice clearly deer track around my boat. Ice was still pretty thick around my boat I walked mostly on top of the snow I only broke through a few times and I'm no light weight.
 
I've got my fingers crossed! I'm so done with winter. It looks like things are warming up this week.
