Coupling failure

Since I picked up something really heavy, I'm no longer sure how many I have.

However, I believe the doc wired them afterward so they would not shear off.

I don't want to drag this over here either but the second thread is all about how he handled it.

My .02 is that anyone who doesn't expect that kind of discussion in the first thread after posting the situation and the pictures is crazy and if he would have just asked everyone to stop the discussion for awhile, we would have done so and would have jumped on anyone who didn't. He also could have asked that whoever posted the pictures take them off and I'm sure they would have. There is obviously sensitivity to the way he has handled things in the past.

I know he is emotional about the situation as we all would be and I know that we all sometimes forget that this is a public forum but that's just it. It is a public forum and it is very hard to take back things that have already been said. The second thread was in response to that.

BTW To keep this forum appropriate, my buddy has a very nice SeaRay. ;)

454 gassers Rob. I'll see if I can remember to get a picture next time I'm down at the boat.

shhh I wont tell...

Had "no gassers" yesterday when I finished my flow scan install. Engines started up then died and wouldn't re-start. Helps to re-open the shut off valves!!!!!!
