Actually the cruise line should be held responsible for sending the boat in there to begin with. Unless the marina was built after the cruise line had established the destination.

I think he said something about the slight damage clearly being the result of an unfortunate tsunami when his innocent cruise ship just happened to be making a drive-by to salute his friends ashore.

That video really shows a good? demonstration of the normally unnoticed level of the power of the prop thrust those big ships create. in that case, ...just brutal.
