Cruisers 4270 - yes or no?

I know someone who was looking at a 1999 Trojan 44 Express w/ 450c Cummins and is now looking at the Cruisers 4270 of the same year with Cat 3116 - The Trojan is a bigger boat but the 4270 should be big enough.
As you may know you don't have to sell me on Cruisers, i am on my second one - but I know very little about the 4270
So what the deal with the 4270
