Crusader 6.0 MPI vs. 8.1

Anyone have any experience in comparison of these two engines? The 6.0 has only 10 less HP (375 vs. 385) and appears to have some technical advantages.

I'm told the 6.0 is somewhat more fuel efficient, but I'm wondering if anybody has any direct experience.
