My starboard Crusader(inboard)350XL makes a grinding/vibrating noise when I put it in forward gear and only at the lowest rpm...When I throttle up,even a little bit the noise goes away...Then it comes back again as soon as I go back to the lowest (rpm) throttle position...Any ideas????
