Can anyone confirm if the water levels on the Harlem River have returned to normal or at least a level that wouldn't create an issue for a 24' air draught?
Water levels there rarely change, if they do, it's for a short period due to a full moon or a storm surge. I'd be more concerned about what is floating just below the surface.
