It is no longer illegal to get dockside deliveries of fuel makes no difference gas or diesel. So you can certainly get your fuel with no interference from the city. Thank you for your support. Also remember it was you folks who got this thing going so I think congrats are in order for all of us.
The new ordinance when proposed will only deal with the large tankers that fill gas stations and such. Will have no effect on you folks at all.

This is the vice mayor's email to me today after last nights commission meeting.
So any of ya'll that don't want to pay that $.50 to $1.00 more per gallon at the fuel dock and can't take the minium 100 gallons deliverly can just motor a little further west to my house where Lous bait and takle used to be and you can just put what you can't hold in my boat.
