First trime we try it... 9' MLW all the way to the 100' dock although there are debris at the north end and a little less there

Great protection except from the west.

Nice little beaches everywhere and easy access to the east side of pipe cay and sandbars

The big ray off the bow has been swimming around all morning... About 5' wingspan!

... so that's what paradise looks like? I'd post a pic of my current view, but it would only be depressing.. :(

Keep those pics coming! [:-thumbu]

That is one of may favorite spots. You can hold up there for days and never worry about dragging or weather.
Is the "art man statue" still there?

What do you tie up to. I see the wall, but are there cleats, trees or what?

A lot cheaper than Compass Cay also!

There are 4 large ship sized cleats about 15' from the edge so at low tide you need chaffing protection on the long lines as the boat will be low

There are a number of recessed rings in the wall but they re old and weak... We broke one actually although it was a bit windy

That night we did a bonfire on the beach, guests loved it... We aimed the big speaker towards the beach and the accoustics with the wall and small cliffs were great

The sandbars one the east side of pipe cay are incredible and a short tender ride away... With a smaller boat ( 4 to 5' draft ) you can anchor in there with great protection.

Here is a view of the dock coming back in with the tender
