delta towing and assist plus???

I am working on starting a new tow/vessal assist company in the ca.delta waterways and would like some advice on boat,licensing and propper electronics.I have contacted Vessal assist to be rep for them and im working on my capt test. Im looking at a c-dory for my main boat...most important, is there enough work to go around to "keep afloat" Tim out of Bethal Island
