Rumor has it that Dennis Point has been sold, and will be torn down and replaced with condos.
Any truth to the rumor?
I know of some other marinas I can see the same thing happening.
I can see things like this happening enough that in another 5-10 years, there won't be many marinas around and the few that are left will be charging very high premium prices
