Hi,
I want to put my 10.5 ft hard bottom inflatable dinghy on my swim platform. I was going to use Weaver davits. But I'm not sure I want the dinghy perpendicular to the stern for a couple of reasons first the view from the cockpit will be non existent and second I'm worried it will trap exhaust fumes while underway. I came across a system that you pull the dinghy up over a couple of arms and the dinghy stays level to the water and platform. This would be my preferred way to attach the dinghy for my boat. I am wondering just how user friendly these systems are? Anyone with experience using this type of system have any feedback?
