Distributor advance springs

I have twin 302 ford pleasurecraft inboards with Prestolite IBM-7007 CW and CCW distributors. Both sets of advance springs are severely rusted. I cannot find replacements listed anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas where they can be purchased?
