I did not do the math but it is a lot lighter than it looks. Around a hundred pounds or less I would guess
 
looks great. nice job. is the wood blocking permanent or just there during the install? did you run wires through it before installing?

Thank you

The wood blocks where just temporary to lift it up. I will pull the wires once I splash her and install the radar.
 
Man do I wish you were in VA. I need to raise my arch about 8".

OH and for the record; FARQUE YOU!!!!! :D
 
the arch looks great, What did you use to go around the aft deck hand rails ?

how thick and did you bend around the the the hand rails...some pics please...I've been wanting to up date mine but every boat I've seen the job looked nasty...

Not really. Two sheets and they cut them in half which worked out to be the correct height. (54x96" size sheet) When you buy it go to a plastic supply house. I think it was a little over $100 a sheet. Laird pastics I believe is has it and their national.
 
Well got the Aft hardtop done and in the process of installing. I will post some completed pic
