I have been in Anchorage and want a slip east of the Robert Moses Bridge.

I have a 24 foot Maxum and need water and electric, private house or marina.

Any suggestions?

If you are looking for something a little cheaper with less amenities, my Father in Law is renting a few slips Bayshore near Southside Hospital. Call if you are interested.

Looks like a nice place, what do slips go for there? Also what are the rules on working on your own boat?

Thanks Walter. I'm charging $100 per foot for the season, the season is as long as you want. When in the slip, you can bring in any outside contractors as long as they are insured, if you are storing for the winter, we do engine winterization and shrinkwrap, You can have the rest done if you do not want us to do it.

Do you have room for a 13'2" beam, 41 LOA? Does the $100/ft include winter storage? If not, how much/ft. for haul in and out and winter storage?
