Tonight we were coming home in the dark (lights on) in our 18' bowrider. As we approached our dock in the canal and started to turn to pull up to our floating dock, another center console came behind us and apparently was not going to stop while I turned. So I backed up a little and he continued to go around me messing up my approach to dock at my house. My question is....who should've gone first. Did I have the right of way and should he have waited for me to dock my boat as I was already in the process of turning it.
