My Plan B is to let the crew decide about what to use for regular boat washing since it will be their responsibility to maintain the boat in pristine condition. plan A is to win the lotto. Until then I'm with Hogan, it is a boat after all.
I prefer to not filter the city water going into the tank. The chlorine keeps the water acceptably clean. Then I use charcoal filters feeding the ice maker and sinks. We no longer buy bottled water.
Vinegar in the wash water ? Does it matter that you rinse with non vinegar water, or it's enough to just use it in the wash bucket ?
