In February, I purchased a 2005 Triumph 150CC w/50HP Yamaha to scoot around our local waters. In a small plastic bag came 2 threaded transom plugs, 2 snap-lock livewell plugs and this black plastic "thingy", which I have no idea what it is for. (pictures below) I asked on the triumph owners website, and they too, have no idea. If it is not for the boat, could it be for the motor or trailer? This is my first trailerable and first outboard boat, so I am new to all this. It also has a Humminbird Pirahna Max15 Depth/Fish finder which is made out of black plastic. Everything else on the boat is white.
