I drove over there again tonight on the way home from work ....to check make sure I got the right phone # off the For Sale sign. Its right....called again while I stood there.....no answer....left another message................. I dont get it !!!!
 
Sounds sold.... Well I can say Don was wayto happy to show me his umm.... calves... and ummm his forearms ... I was getting alittle uncomfortable.... But we were in the middle of a side walk... with a drunken guy... so i figured it was safe....

they rent that new slip for me ... 4800 I was like wow..... My old slip was only bringing in mid three's.... and its bigger...

WTF...

But if were all in a project lets also do something bigger... only go round once...

Don't mean to "butt in", no pun intended, but I would be interested if anyone drops out. As for smarts, that leaves me out but I definitely want to make money!!! So keep me in mind for anything in the future. I am always willing to listen.
