Well, the boat is as done as any boat ever gets. Window treatments were finally installed. We did the couch, carpets, blinds and window treatments and here is the result:

By the way, my smile only goes to show that even pumping 200+ gallons of fuel can't ruin your first day on the boat.
 
Nicely done.... The salon a/c is located on the bridge ?

Great looking boat Mark. Too clean though. You need to get some mako guts spread around there.
 
Not too many makos in the sound, but we're working on striper guts if possible. :) :)

The return for the a/c is ducted into the salon or it draws from the bridge ?

Thanks to all.

Bruce - A local company called Magic Window did the blinds and re-covered the panels. The wands and strings are hidden just behind the panels. The blinds were too long for a one-touch type system. Will be installing some stand-off brackets this week to keep them steady.

Bob - Thanks. "Sort of" because there is always something left to do and there are some things I've pushed to next year because the budget is already out of control. I'm also a little superstitious and don't want to tempt the gods by saying I'm done. :)

Rob - The return is in the salon. The long vent in the center line is the return and there are 2 discharge vents, one port, one starboard.

Dave - Us too. We need a vacation and Mystic is our first scheduled trip of the season. Hope we get better weather than this week.
 
Mark, looks beautiful! Looks like everything came out great.

My AC is setup similarly. There's one return and 2 discharge vents on the overhead of the salon. The compressor is in the engine compartment but the air handler is on the forward section of the bridge. The air vents only have to go to that so it's a short run and easy to get to. The forward one is setup the same, with the air handler under the bed and compressor in the engine compartment.
 
I was just curious how they do it on bridge boats... I saw one boat I think meridian that the return was located on the bridge.... I cant imagine how that would work out... 100% load no way...

John, the split u have im trying to do for additional air in my cockpit. I need like 30,000 btu's They gave me 16... its a joke on warm days ...
