My marina installed pump outs all along the main floating dock. Each has 50 feet of hose so nobody has to leave their slip to pump out anymore. I was the first to use the new system yesterday. Works great, and a major convenience. Portsmouth zboating Center, Scott's Creek.
Don't have to leave the slip.

That's great. Especially good that each has their own hose. I have been in marinas where you had to go get the hose and bring it to your slip. Naturally people used dock carts to carry pumpout hoses. The same carts used for groceries etc. Your marina did well.

Nice idea but I hate when people pump out near me. I don't need to smell the crap!
Plus wait till some idiot does it wrong and it ends up all over the dock.

FWIW - I recently purchased the Nozall! For $20 its great. Screws right into pumpout fitting then snaps on to the hose.
Makes a great seal and I don't have to apply pressure to make it seal and hope it doesn't tilt and leak!

Haha, I just saw you are in Norfolk. That's a bit of a cruise for me for a pump out, it may be worth it though? I'm just happy these days when the pump out at a marina works, and works well. My marinas made it through the entire summer.
Actually, my boat is in Portsmouth . Let me know when you cruise down this way. I remember when you had your Searay and converted to FWC. I did mine before I brought it to salt water.
