dual outboard engines on 25' Grady White

When one has dual outboard engines, is one normally a counter clockwise revolution engine? The engine and prop?

What would happen if both were normal rotation?

Yes one normally counter rotates.

If both props spin in the the same direction the boat tends to pull to one side. Causing tracking and docking issues. Which while they can be a bit of a PITA, do not necessarily make the boat undriveable.

I've ridden on a 25 Grady Walkaround with 2x150HP Yamaha 2-strokes. Gas guzzler but ran out nicely. I don't know if one engine was counter-rotate.

I know a few 25' with dual OB's. all are standard rotation. No problems.
