I'm in the process of getting an 84 Holiday Mansion Houseboat with an electric head. It's currently on a river and I believe is set up to dump the waste into the river. Long term plans are to put it on a lake. I realize the dumping can no longer be done at that point, so my question is do all head systems have at least some kind of holding tank or should I be prepared to start spending big time?
