I got a 2004 5.0 efi mercury stern w/alpha one, engine temp got to 240 degrees today and the alarms went off, shut down asap, could this be the impeller or thermostat?? when I was flushing the engine water was coming out of the exhaust so my thought was thermostat, any ideas. thanks in advance..
