Wiring Diagram needed For My 2001 Carver 570 Voyager Pilothouse. *Volvo engines upgraded to 675 HP D12

My Port engine will not get any ignition power?
This began the problem. Cause was dock power went out for maybe 2 days. Boat was on drawing power & inverter also on but charger was not getting any shore power? Fried the battery terminals & very crusty 500 amp fuse block. Checked & cleaned all battery cables & terminals. Removed & installed new 500 amp Fuse Block & Fuse looked worn. Changed a few terminals also looked worn. Everything is working except 2 items...
Port engine no power to ignition?
Davit (also on Port side) no power?
I am totally lost? Maybe there is a hidden breaker I'm missing to reset?

Don't know if yours is similar, but my Carver Voyager has circuit breakers under each ignition key switch. They are inside translucent rubber covers. Perhaps one is tripped at either station. Or a terminal on it or the key switch has lost good connection.

Also, check the connections on the starter as this is where the batteries meet the rest of the electrical system.

Just a thought. Good luck

Rcoff512, Starter connections appear good. Nothing around the Key area looks to be a breaker? Both upper & lower stations reacting the same way so I don't think it's the key circuits? I'm going to call serviceman so I'll find out soon?

art - whenever i lose shorepower for a while my house batteries drain and for some reason, i cannot start my engines, which are on separate starting batteries and chargers. everything must be tied together somehow (at least on my boat). the manager of my marina once showed me to connect jumper cables from the house batteries to the starting batteries and viola, engines start right up. no clue if yours is the same or not.

Geez, those boats didnt come with engine wiring info in the manuals??? Perhaps Kenny can still get an original book for that boat since its not very old...

When I bought the boat in 2005, there was a plastic box about 6 inches tall with systems information about the boat? Later I learned there should have been two boxes that tall & one was missing? I have never received the other box containing the owners manuals. I'll know to make sure it's in the next boat. The stack looked like it was tall enough to house it. It sure makes finding stuff harder.

On my 1997 Carver the wiring diagram is not very useful. They didn’t do a good job of labeling and recording where everything was and how it is hooked up so I dont think you are missing much. I don’t see many short cuts by Carver in my boat but this is one.
