I have an 10yr old 3.5 Tohatsu 2 stroke engine.
One year ago the engine was sunk under water. After recieving the engine for free i have found it to have: compression, spark and fuel. the problem is that it wont start. When the cord is pulled, every so often it backfires.
Does anybody have any suggestions to what i could do to make it start.
