Epic boat ramp failure, Police style...

That video has been floating around for over a year & 1/2 , but it's still a wonder they chose to sink the whole trailer instead of tying a line to the tongue and swinging the trailer back around to the car hitch to launch, if that was still thought to be wise given the combined skills demonstrated.
But then , since they left the tongue jack in down/lowered position which may have forced it off a loose hitch attachment , maybe they intended to let the trailer roll back without getting the patrol car wheels wet?
I hope no one records some of my thankfully rare "better" moves......
