To be fair, UNREP's by nature are dangerous evolutions. I am curious as to what shakes out of this investigation as to why an emergency break away wasn't called.
One time we had a small fishing boat clearly not listening to radio warnings and clearly not understanding what was going on around him and it almost ended tragically, even with an emergency break away.
