Having engine rebuilt. 350 260HP. Yard lost Y-Adapter. They are replacing it, however confusion over which size pipe. They had an oval 4-inch but the bolt pattern did not match. The one they came up with is a round 3-inch. Is this large enough.
Also, thet want to leave out the exhaust bellows as it will reduce back-pressure and give free horsepower. Is this true and will it work without causing any heat problems to surrounding hoses in the gimbal housing?
