Feedback

A friend of mine is looking at a 87 43` Egg Harbor and asked me for advice or opinions on the model. Being a "production boat" owner I don`t feel qualified so I`ll ask the pros. He is getting a survey but is looking for feedback on any inherent plus` or minus with this model. it has 671 Detroits.. I tried to post the link but somehow failed. Its on Yachtworld in Branford Ct...

A few years back I looked at a egg in Ohio when we were searing for for our current boat. Pay attention to the aft salon bulkhead, water intrusion made this area very soft. Also you did not state what 671's you had, I would assume they are the 671TI's if so the higher HP engines do not have a good history of longevity.

I also knew somebody with the same boat and same problem. Must be common.
