Looks like we'll be spending our first nights in the new house this weekend. We don't have an occupancy permit yet but its about 99% finished so we're rolling out the Aerobed and staying there while we work on finishing details this weekend. Pictures to follow!

Mike,
congratulations. Looking forward to seeing pictures of the finished product

Good deal. Enjoy the first night, christen the new home properly!!!

That is great news! So when will you get back into boating.......

Excellent! The BoaterEd 30-slip guest dock goes in next! ;-)

Congrats on the new house. We spent several nights in our house before the occupancy permit was filed. Amy M. is away for the next few weeks, so enjoy.

Now if I can just find it, I'll have someplace to really go when I get up into that area with all those back roads. Tired of going to that YMCA camp up there: Tam I'll blow the silt off with my 33" props and you can dig up the hard stuff!!

Mike....always welcome to join me and we can definitely churn up some silt with the Cummins.

You've had a pretty eventful past 2 years!
Way to go - congratulations!

I'm a little slow on the up-tick so I apologize for the delay getting these pictures posted. Keep in mind that they were taken last weekend (6/28) when the place was still in the final stages of completion and in a bit of disarray The hardwood floors still need to be sanded, stained and finished, mullions need to be installed in some of the windows, the back porch is unfinished and the garage is still full of "stuff". Since then there has been a bunch more progress so more pics may appear next week as well.

Fireplace and mantle. The builder says the flatscreen TV was mounted above the mantle this week.

It's a beauty! Congratulations and good luck!

WOW, that's a great looking house. IT has lots of detail, not just the typical builders special. Really has some charachter. Enjoy it.

Mike, it really is a great looking home.
BTW, speaking of pictures, whatever happened to Peleka's south pacific pictures (that's what I thought the post was about)??

Great looking place Mike!!!!!!

So - whats it feel like to be a Marylander now ?!

Been away from this forum for a while - don't have as much time for surfin' since I retired.

I'm still boating - but a little differently now.
I'll do another post so as not to hijack this one.
