I had a guy crash into my boat today and he ran off. Basically he came into an area where we were anchored off ft lauderdale to watch the air and sea show and he ran his anchor line over ours. In the process to get them untangled he ran into my boat.
He was able to get away from me due to the crowd of boats he ran off into but not too fast for my camera. I got about 50 pictures including the name of the vesseland capitan. Does any one have any ideas how I can this guy down.
