Finding decent crew, is there a source?

Greetings - I am new to this board and I hope this is the place to find answers to such a question. As of recent I had grown tired of the two gentlemen that served as my crew members. Their frequent acts of blatent immaturity as well as disregard for my guests forced me to let them go. In Florida it is easy enough to find deck hands, however I desire to find quality replacements. I would prefer to contract with a professional association or agency in hopes of finding quality help. Is there such an organization in south Florida USA?

I, too, once had a problem with a couple of crew members whose blatent immaturity just infuriated me - to the point where I fired them on the spot. My wife then explained that I can't fire my own kids, especially when they were only 7 and 9.
