You are at crusing speed enjoying your trip. You see a stationary boat up ahead in the channel. As you get closer you can see they are anchoredfishing. They are not broken down.
Do you slow down? Or, do you consider them foolish, they should know better and you continue at cruising speed?
I know common curteousy tells you to slow down. However, with a boat like ours slowing down takes time and getting back up on plane takes time (and fuel) and I have to ask, why the heck are the stopped in the channel anyway?
