Fishing Upper Chesapeake

I have fished in New England waters most of my life. Now I live in the Mid to Upper Chesapeake area and am wondering how most of you fish the spring run for Rock (striper) Not a real fan of trolling 14 lines and would like to mostly spin or troll a couple of lines. Any suggestions on lures, baits, types of hooks and rigs? I would be mostly around the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Inside of kent Island.
