Fitting Auto Tab Control

Hi I have an 2004 Sundancer 275. I am trying to fit the Bennet auto tab control, it is fitted and wired according to the manual, we have triple checked it BUT it does not work. You switch it on and it appears to just switch off , the red light goes out and no action!! Any ideas, maybe the Searay tab controls are not compatable ? Any experience would be appreciated as here in Australia no one has had any experience with this system or seems to know how it works.
