I have neutrasalt installed on my engines. Boat being dry stacked, I can easily flush the engines when the boat is pulled out... For some reason, I still feel inclined to flush the engines instead on depending on a neutrasalt rinse done in the water (that liquid doesn't seem to really go down very much, not sure how to know it's really working)... If I still flush:
-I'm tempted to run the neutrasalt through the system during the last 45 seconds of freshwater flushing... sounds like double protection and couldn't do any damage right? Is there any downside here other than possibly wasting some money in the formula?
-Also, I've been doing the neutrasalt halfway throught the day, say we go out to the beach and anchor for a few hours, I do it there... then flush the engines when I get back to the marina... thinking of doing all I can to protect the engines... waste of money?????
