We keep an American flag off the stern of our boat, probably like 90%+ of all boaters do, while under power.
We took some marina matesbuddies out yesterday. One of them asked me if he can fly his Yacht Club Brige flag and the American flag on the same pole off the stern of his boat. If he could, which one should be on top.
Is there a rule for this?
